His communication has always been wonderful and I have always felt that he does everything he can to make sure my needs are met and that I am happy in my current assignments. My first travel assignment was with a different agency. After I signed the contract, I never heard from my recruiter again. Guess who checked in on me during my first contract? I’m grateful for triage and my amazing recruiter, Pam! Triage makes me feel important and that my voice matters. I’ve been with them over a year on the same assignment and they have matched my pay to current offers. Also, I was injured on the job by a patient, and they made the workers’ comp process easy and friendly. Also, my recruiter was amazing and always checked in on me during that time and helped guide me through the process. She even helped with returning to the same contract after I was healed. Also triage sends out some cute little swag for us here and there which is great I absolutely feel appreciated which is rare these days in healthcare. My favorite aspect of Triage Staffing is the ease and support there is as I take my first travel nurse position! Before I joined the team, I had so many questions and felt lost in the process.
