I started traveling as an MLT in 2021 during the pandemic as a way to get out of the burn out I was feeling at my permanent job, as well as to pay for my MLS. The initial process of learning the ins and outs of the travel world prior to traveling was a shock, Adam Estergaard was the first recruiter I spoke with at triage, and 2 years in he was the recruiter I kept the entire time. He truly helped me along the way and was able to get me to the locations I wanted. He even helped in negotiating extensions and making sure I was able to get the pay I deserved.
