What makes us tick at Triage

What makes us tick at Triage

Mission: Build Trust. Go After It.

The mission of everyone at Triage is to build trust with our travelers every step of the way. We promise that we’ll never try to sell you on a “paid vacation”—we know healthcare can be grueling. We’ll work to build your trust again and again and then, we’ll hustle like hell to get you where you want to go.

Vision: Staffing Simplified

Finding a job shouldn’t be a full-time job. Instead, we work to make staffing simplified—for you. As an example, we use Kamana to house our compliance info because it simplifies the process for our travelers. We’re always looking for ways to make life easier for our travelers and Kamana is just another piece of the puzzle.

Values: Reliable, Respect, Integrity, Drive

Our company values push our team to be better every day. When you work with Triage, we aim to live our values with every interaction. Our values of reliable, respect, integrity and drive are our guideposts and here’s why.

Reliable

We know you have a lot of choices in staffing companies. We’re not going to ghost you or leave you hanging. Our travelers talk to their recruiters throughout their assignments, not just before you sign on the dotted line.

Respect

It’s not just an Aretha Franklin song, it’s how we approach every interaction with our travelers and our internal team. This mutual respect helps us all work together to better serve you.

Integrity

We say what we mean and mean what we say. We’re in it for the long-term. If something about a job isn’t great, we’ll tell you upfront so you have all the information to make an informed decision. Chances are if we aren’t straight with you the first time, there is no second time.

Drive

We’re always looking for ways we can improve. Whether it’s finding you the exact assignment you’re looking for, or looking to improve our traveler experience, status quo is not an option here.

*We are not saints, none of us have halos over our heads. If for some reason, we step outside the line and don’t uphold our mission or values, we need to own it and make direct amends. As part of those direct amends, we need to make sure we improve and don’t do it again. It’s about action, not words.
