So long 2023 and hello 2024. This year has flown by and before we say goodbye, we wanted to run down what we’ve been up to this year.
In January, Triage CEO John Maaske was named to Staffing Industry Analyst’s Staffing 100, a list of the most influential people within the staffing industry. This was Maaske’s second time on the list.
February 2023
In February, Triage turned 17. From a tiny radiology staffing company with four employees in a tiny office to a top 15 healthcare staffing company less than two decades later, Triage has seen a lot of changes throughout the years. One thing that’s a constant though—Triage ultrasound tech Libby. She was Triage’s very first traveler and is still on board with her recruiter Kelly Murphy. Throwback pic from 2022 when Libby happened to be heading to an assignment and her travels took her through Nebraska on the same day we had our annual Triage tailgate.
At the end of February, Triage was named to Inc. 5000’s list of the fastest growing company in the Midwest. Triage ranked at #32 on the list and was the second fastest growing company in Nebraska.
April 2023
New digs, same Triage. In April, Triage’s Omaha HQ got a definite facelift as we all moved into a new-to-us office building. The space allows the entire Omaha Triage team to come together under one roof and the space is fun and welcoming with collaboration spaces, games and an amazing coffee machine that helps keep all Triage Omaha employees fueled for their days at work.
May 2023
In May, Triage was named to Forbes’ list of America’s Best Temp Staffing Firms. We’re honored to be included in this list.
August 2023
In August, Triage snapped up spot #673 on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing companies in the United States. This was the company’s eighth time on the list and Triage’s best ever ranking.
Triage Cincinnati also moved to its new office space in August.
September 2023
This September, Triage became a four-time winner of VeryWell Health’s Best Overall Travel Nursing Agency.
October 2023
In October, Triage won its division in the Omaha Corporate Games. Triage came in first place in the following contests: fitness walk, fitness class, fun run, disc golf, golf scramble and bowling. Additionally, Triage placed in the top three in disc golf, electronic darts and cornhole. To celebrate the win, both Triage offices will be closed an extra day on December 26, 2023.
In honor of Veterans Day, Triage donated proceeds from the sale of a Veterans Day tee to the Gary Sinise Foundation. It’s the second year in a row that Triage has made this donation to help and honor America’s veterans.
Also in November, Triage was named as one of BetterNurse.org’s best travel nursing agencies.
December 2023
In December, The Gypsy Nurse named Triage as a finalist in all of its categories, including Best Overall Travel Nurse Agency, Most Loyal Travel Nurse Agency, Best Assignment Concierge, Most Traveler-Centric Benefits and Best Career Accelerator. This comes directly from our travelers and we want to say thank you to everyone who took the time to answer the survey. We appreciate you!
