Triage’s Fifth Time Earning a Spot on the Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America List.
Wish we had some mountains in Nebraska, because that’s our preferred method of communicating announcements like these: we’re excited to say that Triage is being recognized by Inc. Magazine for the fifth time, as one of the top 5000 fastest-growing private companies in America!
Speaking of mountains, when Triage was founded back in 2006, starting a business seemed like a large, steep mountain to climb—but, it was a challenge we were up for because we saw a better way to do medical staffing. So, we started that climb from the base and never looked back.
Owning a business that operates nationally becomes even more challenging in unprecedented and unforeseen circumstances, such as COVID-19. But our mentality hasn’t changed; we don’t back down from a challenge at Triage, and we certainly don’t play dead until the threat passes. That’s just not how we roll. We rise to the challenge, put our best foot forward and go after it.
Now that we’ve gotten most of the cliché metaphors out of the way (apologies, but they’re accurate), we just want to say how proud of our employees we are, both internal and traveling. We appreciate our Triage HQ employees stepping up to the plate, learning to work in new environments and kicking ass anyway. And quite frankly, we’re in awe of our travelers. Believe us, we knew how essential you were prior to COVID-19, but now—mic drop. Without traveling medical professionals there to fill immediate, dire needs all over the US, putting themselves in the eye of the storm, where would we be? That’s rhetorical, don’t answer that. Bottom line, the determination of our travelers is just downright inspiring.
We have some serious fighters on Team Triage and that’s why we continue to grow as a company and why it’s our fifth time on the Inc. 5000 list! Honored, but not surprised. Hard work does pay off—and that mountain we stood at the bottom of in 2006? Well, we still haven’t reached its peak.
