What led you to becoming a recruiter?
I like sales and have an HR degree; it’s a good blend for my personality and skill set.
What’s the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever received?
“Be kind and work hard.” I also love, “persistence breaks down resistance.” I probably say that everyday to someone, ha!
Just for Fun
What’s something you’ve done but will never do again?
Jump out of a plane at 13,000 feet. I would probably do it again, though .
What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend/in your free time?
I love to clean and organize, yard work, gardening, planting, mowing. I am a small group leader for middle school girls at my church, so I spend a lot of time with them. Other than that, I love to be active, read, listen to podcasts, work out, run or being with my family.
What do you like most about working with Triage?
The thing I like most about working with Triage is the freedom to run my desk without overbearing corporate red tape. We are truly able to be entrepreneurs. Triage provides a great environment to balance out life with work. Triage is transparent in how it operates and how we are managed. I like knowing where I stand and how we are doing as a team/company. We have a fun, chill environment which I love and appreciate!
