Triage Open Enrollment begins November 19 and run through December 3 for Triage travelers. Travelers who are still under an RTG Medical contract will go through a special open enrollment in December.
If you do nothing, your benefits will remain the same as in 2024, with the exception of contributing to an HSA. All other benefits will automatically roll over.
Here’s what you can expect in 2025:
- Medical: No major changes to the plan design, however employee premiums will increase for the first time since 2021.
- Dental and Vision: No changes to the plan design, but travelers will see decreased rates for 2025.
- Life Insurance: This voluntary plan will now be administered by MetLife. Current coverage will remain the save and move to MetLife.
- Employee Assistance Program: EAP will be administered by MetLife with expanded services. Employees and family members can receive five free counseling sessions under the new EAP, including numerous other services free of charge.
