Single Sign-On Coming to Triage

Triage has some great news! Starting in the evening on December 3rd, Triage travelers will be able to consolidate their logins for the Wallet and Timecard apps. No more juggling different emails and passwords for your different Triage systems. Plus, you’ll be able to log in using your Google account if you really want to make things easy.

The next time you log in to the Triage Wallet or the Timecard App (after December 3), you’ll be asked to create a new account. Don’t worry, you’ll only need to do this once. Let’s walk through the different scenarios you might encounter.

Scenario 1: If you enter an email that Triage already recognizes, we’ll ask you to verify this address with a code sent to your email. Enter this code. Boom. Done.

Scenario 2: If we don’t recognize your email address, we’ll ask you to enter an email already known to Triage. If we recognize this second email, you’ll get a code in your email inbox. Once you verify it, you’re all set.

Scenario 3: If you enter an email address that we don’t recognize, you’ll be asked to enter another email already known to Triage on a second screen. If you don’t have that, continue with the email you prefer to use and then verify it with the code.

If you’re currently working with Triage, but we don’t recognize your email address, you’ll get a message that your accounts have not been linked. Reach out to timecardhelp@triagestaff.com and we’ll work behind the scenes to link your accounts.

We’re excited to offer single sign-on to our travelers. It’s just one more way Triage is constantly working to improve our traveler experience.
