We love hearing when a Triage traveler makes an impression. Not because we need another excuse to brag about our people (although we’ll take it), but because good feedback usually means someone is doing the part of the job that matters most: taking great care of patients.
Recently, Jennifer and Bryce gave us two pretty great reasons to brag.
Jennifer Makes an Impression
Jennifer has taken a couple assignments with Triage and we always knew she was a great RN. However, her latest feedback from her facility was outstanding. Her patient care earned praise, which probably won’t surprise anyone who has had the chance to work with her.
Travel assignments require you to walk into someone else’s facility and become part of the team pretty quickly. Jennifer has clearly figured that part out. Jennifer, consider this your very public pat on the back. You’ve earned it.
Bryce Brings Home a DAISY
Then there’s Bryce, who recently received a DAISY Award for the way he interacts with his patients. We heard he’s incredibly kind and that it’s obvious he genuinely loves what he does.
You can teach a lot of things in healthcare. Genuinely caring about the person in front of you is harder to teach. Bryce brings that to his patients, and his facility has noticed. They said they’re lucky to have him. We’d say the same.
Congrats, Jennifer and Bryce. Keep doing your thing. We’ll keep bragging about it.
