Food Discounts for Nurses Week 2023

We’ve all heard about how much nurses love pizza parties (sarcasm), but also, there’s nothing wrong with taking advantage of a few food discounts, just in time for Nurses Week. We’ve gathered a few that are valid in 2023, but as always, check with each restaurant to make sure the discount is still good before you order.

Chipotle: Healthcare workers can enter to win a Burrito Care Package big enough to feed 50. Enter the giveaway at and 2000 winners will each receive a Burrito Care Package with 50 free entrée vouchers good for the rest of the year. Lucky winners will be notified beginning May 19.

Cinnabon: Get a free Classic Cinnamon Roll, Minibon or 4 count Bonbites.

Firehouse Subs: Nurses visiting Saturday or Sunday (May 6 or 7) can show their ID and receive a free medium sub with the purchase of a large sub, chips and a drink.

Insomnia Cookies: Nurses who make a $5 purchase and mention this deal will receive a free 6 pack of Classic Cookies between May 5-12. Your work ID, paystub or other official proof of employment must have the term ‘nurse’ in it.

McAlister’s Deli: Nurses who show a valid medical ID May 3-10 receive a free 32 oz tea. The deal is only good for dine in or take out orders.

MOD Pizza: On May 9, buy one, get one free MOD-size pizza or salad for nurses who show a valid ID.

Outback Steakhouse: Get 10% off your entire check with a valid medical ID. This one doesn’t say any timeframe, so verify with your server to make sure it’s still valid.

Potbelly: Get a free cookie or drink May 6-12 when you purchase an entrée and show your hospital ID.

Sonny’s BBQ: Verify your employment at Sonny’ and get a free Pork Big Deal on May 8-9. You’ll receive a coupon via email.

Texas de Brazil: Get 15% off your bill for dinner or lunch. This deal is good for up to four people at a table.
