What do you like most about being a recruiter in the medical industry?
The relationships I build with my travelers are truly rewarding. With each traveler, I have a different type of bond. There is a business aspect to it but then there is a personal side. Most of my travelers end up becoming friends. I love getting to follow their adventures while they travel to different locations and being there for them every step of the way!
What’s the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever received?
BE YOURSELF. It will get you farther than you think. That advice has got me where I am today and has made me realize so much about myself and has let my strengths shine. Love me or hate me, I will always continue to be ME.

What’s something you’ve done, but will never do again?
Oh boy. I have done a lot of things that I won’t do again but the one that sticks out is……when I was 18 I ate a worm. YUCK, I know. My boyfriend, now my husband, didn’t think I would do it so I did it to prove him wrong. Haha
What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend or in your free time?
That really depends on the time of year. In the summer, I’m usually at the pool soaking up the sun. In the fall, I love to go to HUSKER footballs games! GBR! In the winter, I am usually at home whipping up a new soup or chili. Any time of year, my favorite thing to do is going to concerts with friends!
What do you like most about working with Triage?
I like a lot of things about Triage. The atmosphere is awesome, which I do miss since we have been working from home! I love that they believed in me from day one. They let us be who we are and don’t expect us to be something we aren’t. They are transparent and real. They let us tell it like it is and don’t expect us to sugar-coat anything. Excellent co-workers that are always looking out for one another. An awesome group of people who all have the same goal in mind—success.
