Our 2023 enrollment is passive. That means if you do not have changes to your existing coverage, you do not need to do anything. No forms. No signatures. All plans and elections will automatically carry over to the new calendar year!
The only exception is if you’re putting money in a Health Savings Account (HSA). If you want to do that, you’ll need to actively enroll for the HSA.
Be sure to choose carefully, due to IRS regulations, you cannot change your elections until the next annual Open Enrollment period, unless you have a qualified life event during the year. The following are examples of the most common qualified life events:
- Marriage or divorce
- Birth or adoption of a child
- Child reaching the maximum age limit
- Death of a spouse, Registered Domestic Partner (RDP), or child
- You lose coverage under your spouse’s/RDP’s plan
- You gain access to state coverage under Medicaid or CHIP

Vision
The Vision Service Provider (VSP) vision plan gives you the freedom to seek care from the provider of your choice. However, you will maximize your benefits and reduce your out-of-pocket costs if you choose a provider who participates in the Vision Service Provider (VSP) network.

Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance
Triage offers travelers the option to elect voluntary life insurance through Mutual of Omaha.
Should you choose not to enroll and want to join later, you are required to submit proof of good health—coverage is not guaranteed.

1. Log into your UltiPro Account directly (the mobile app is not available for open enrollment)
2. Navigate to the MENU and then to MYSELF
3. From the drop down, select Manage My Benefits
4. Select Update My Benefits
