Triage is committed to providing our healthcare pros benefits that work as hard as they do.

Open enrollment runs November 19 – December 3, 2024. If you’re looking for 2024 benefit information, please visit https://triagestaff.com/traveler-benefits.

If you’re still on contract with RTG Medical, you will go through a special Open Enrollment in December. We will be in touch with instructions closer to December.

If you want to contribute to a Health Savings Account for 2025, you must enroll via the UKG website. If you are not enrolling in an HSA, your 2024 benefit elections will remain the same. You only need to enroll for 2025 if you want to make changes or want to contribute to an HSA

Be sure to choose carefully, due to IRS regulations, you cannot change your elections until the next annual Open Enrollment period, unless you have a qualified life event during the year. The following are examples of the most common qualified life events:

  • Marriage or divorce
  • Birth or adoption of a child
  • Child reaching the maximum age limit
  • Death of a spouse, Registered Domestic Partner (RDP), or child
  • You lose coverage under your spouse’s/RDP’s plan
  • You gain access to state coverage under Medicaid or CHIP

Medical

We are proud to offer you a choice among two different medical plans that provide comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage. The plans also offer many resources and tools to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.

You will receive your ID number within 30 days or you can access your card via the mobile app. To use the mobile app, you will need your ID number which you can get by calling 888-592-8961.

Dental

We are proud to offer you a choice between two different plans.

You will not need a physical ID card for service. Simply inform your provider you have coverage with MetLife.

Vision

The MetLife vision plan gives you the freedom to seek care from the provider of your choice. However, you will maximize your benefits and reduce your out-of-pocket costs if you choose a provider who participates in the network.

Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance

Triage offers travelers the option to elect voluntary life insurance through MetLife. If you previously had coverage through Triage’s Mutual of Omaha plan, your policy will be moved to a MetLife plan automatically.

Should you choose not to enroll and want to join later, you are required to submit proof of good health—coverage is not guaranteed.

401(k)

Triage offers an independent 401k program. You can begin contributing upon receiving your first paycheck.

Triage offers employee matching in accordance with the Safe Harbor regulations after two criteria have been met:

  • Employee has worked for Triage for one calendar year
  • Employee has worked at least 1,000 hours

Triage contributions will occur monthly, as follows:

  • Triage will match 100% of the first 3% of your contribution
  • Triage will match 50% of your next 2% of your contribution
  • Contribute 5% and you will max out Triage’s contribution amount

Any changes following your initial enrollment become effective the first day of the month immediately following your request.

Employee Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to you in addition to the benefits provided with your MetLife insurance coverage. This program provides you with easy-to-use services to help with the everyday challenges of life—at no additional cost to you.

  • EAP coverage is moving to MetLife in 2025 with enhanced benefits
  • Up to 5 phone or video consultations with licensed counselors per year
  • Free and confidential
  • Available for all Triage employees and their eligible household members
  • Coverage is free and automatic, you do not need to enroll to receive EAP coverage

Pet Insurance

Triage has negotiated discounted pet insurance rates for Triage employees.

Triage employees will pay full premiums with no Triage contribution. There will be no payroll deductions for these premiums.

Coverage will not begin before January 1, 2025. Sign up anytime directly on the MetLife website.

Once ready to review your current elections or make any changes:

  1. Log into your UltiPro Account directly (the mobile app is not available for open enrollment)
  2. Navigate to the MENU and then to MYSELF
  3. From the drop down, select Manage My Benefits
  4. Select Update My Benefits
  5. Select Shop Open Enrollment
