MANAGER OF QUALITY ASSURANCE, ONBOARDING AND COMPLIANCE

That is why Triage sees Quality Assurance, Onboarding and Compliance as an essential service we must provide to our traveling healthcare professionals and a critical extension of our sales and fulfillment process for clients. When done well, we see this service as a competitive advantage in attracting, serving, and retaining our healthcare facility clients and in making the difficult job of the traveler easier.

As Triage strives to build a world class healthcare professional—and client-focused delivery model, we need the help of experienced staffing professionals to lead our organization through change that will create a truly integrated recruitment, sales, quality assurance and onboarding process. With a team of 14 skilled on-shore credentialing specialists and 6 detail-oriented off-shore team members, this team is equipped to tackle the challenges that come with both uncertain times and explosive growth.

We are now seeking c to help Triage and this twenty-member army be all that they can be, while:

• Effectively collaborating with our Triage Account Management and Recruiting teams to
• meet short healthcare professional onboarding deadlines and
• address critical, but varying client and facility requirements

Job duties

• Oversee the staff and functions of health professional credentialing (collection/audit/submission), client and facility requirement administration, and review board
• Assist in the development and execution of the Triage Quality Assurance, Onboarding and Compliance delivery team model
• Management of 2-4 Team Leads
• Work with CAO on budget and financial management for Compliance department
• Manage department priorities and delegate appropriately
• Work with process and training resources to implement improvements in the Quality Assurance, Onboarding & Compliance process and team/cross-functional training
• Manage company risk in accordance with our HCP & client policies
• Monitor and help Team Leads to balance the quality and quantity of team members’ daily work
• Provide instruction and feedback to team members to improve efficiency
• Complete individual and team check-ins monthly or bi-monthly and annual reviews on all team members
• Assist team members with questions they have, and foster the development of critical thinking in each role
• Maintain an open communication channel with the Sales Team to manage fast starts and client concerns
• Monitor and record inter-departmental issues and concerns regarding communication and policies
• Ensure the team is fully equipped to fulfill client demands
• Grow and strengthen relationships with clients
• Work closely with the Sales Team to communicate and assist with client constraints
• Review and maintain reporting related to team success, work quality and production levels
• Meet professionalism standards as defined by Triage
• Resolve daily issues and conflicts that may be presented by team members

Required Skills

  • Strong ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with applicant tracking and credentialing applications
  • High inference capability (i.e. ability to interpret written procedures and policies and apply logic to novel challenges)
  • Exhibit a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations independently
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate poise, cooperation and diplomacy
