Operations and TEchnology Specialist

The Operations &Technology Specialist will be responsible for supporting Client and Candidate intake processes executed through the CRM, as well as performing Technology support functions for the organization. The Operations &Technology Specialist will work closely with Operations and Technology Leads, supporting the following tasks and other duties as assigned:

Job duties


  • Manage CRM for Applicant Portal and Compliance documents
  • Monitor Candidate data for accuracy as part of the Candidate intake process
  • Contracts:
    • Read and interpret contract terms
    • Input relevant contract data to the CRM
    • Formulate Excel spreadsheet
    • Collaborate with Contracts team and Sales floor


  • Ability to provide desktop support request intake and follow up with support from team members and third-party technology providers
  • Respond to telephony issues (phones, headsets)
  • Comfortable troubleshooting office technology issues such as printer errors
  • Collaborate with IT service providers to effectively resolve issues and expedite deliverables


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook
  • Ability to learn Quickly
  • Self-starter with excellent follow through
  • Experience effectively working in a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional analytical skills to review and process high volumes of data and information
  • Ability to work sitting down in front of a computer
  • Knowledge of the medical staffing industry preferred
  • Associates degree preferred
